We want you to love your Hero Hangers plush. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item should be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging where possible.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@herohangers.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you return instructions within 1-2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo — we'll send a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and used consumables (e.g. opened WeatherShield Spray) cannot be returned.
